This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We act as the data controller for the personal data described here within the meaning of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR"). Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly through our contact form: your name, work email and the contents of your message. We also collect limited technical data, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, through standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not collect special-category data through this site.

How we use your information

We use contact details to respond to your enquiry and to follow up about pilots, partnerships, research or investment where relevant. We use technical data to operate, secure and improve the website.

Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit the contact form) and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions are processed by our hosting and forms provider (Netlify) acting as our processor on our behalf. Where a processor transfers personal data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We retain enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and our ongoing relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us via the contact form on our homepage or at our registered address.

If you believe we have not handled your personal data lawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
